Full Job Description
Responsibilities Manage hiring, screening of applications across teams.Manage hiring posts across websites and social media platformsHandling office tasks, procurement of stamp papers, Banking tasksFollow up on compliance with CA/CSPreparation of Agenda, Drafting minutes for Company meetingsKeeping all documentation, records of the Company up to date and properly filedManaging software support tickets, follow up with team and clientsMaintaining regular client invoices, follow up and remindersProcess, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mailMonitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessaryCoordinate and schedule appointments and meetingsPerform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondenceQualifications for Office AssistantGraduation preferred1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role1 year experience in Human Resource DepartmentExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independentlyExceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuationMust be committed to providing outstanding service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailProficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipmentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8007452709
