Notify team of what supply is expected each day.Amend seller payouts at any given time.Enroll/un-enroll items in super sale upon seller request.Respond to all store/customer service queries.Liaise between sellers and ops and accounts teams regarding payment and shipment queries.Monitor orders and returns to ensure we stick within return budget.Do 180 days analysis, highlighting which items are old and need to be removed from the website.RequirementsCommerce, Arts graduateMinimum 2 years experience in similar role.Good in MS Excel is a MUSTExcellent communication skills as you will need to coordinate with stakeholders and sellers of different nationalities.Has to be a good at multi tasking.Should be passionate and ready to face adhoc challenges and find quick solutions.Job Type: Full-time
