Full Job Description
1. Sales Plan – Responsible for follow up with Regional Sales Manager on monthly sales/ business target, which is fixed on annual basis . Single point of contact for effective coordination with customers/ dealers and internal for production planning & Control (PPC) and control for mfg plan, Supply Chain to support procurement of materials and dispatch.

2. Customer Support and Liasoning –
Oversee the handling of field inquiries for technical assistance, general policy and customer complaints.Coordinate with customer non standard requirement for local factory team/ Tech pubDevelop the customer base and maintain good relationship to improve the Customer satisfaction based on feedback on Quality and delivery.Provide Mangt Info Sys reports Reports regarding order backlog, order, import order, margin calculation, Order Execution sheet, PLPR report etc.
3. Business Forecast and new customers –
To provide accurate forecast of sales to India Head and Finance as per inputs received from Sales Team, also keep updated about other market change/development activities with the help of regional business managers.
4. Sales Documentation – Ensure to upkeep documents related with sales including quotation, sales order, bank related documents, till dispatch of material. Ensure to validate information including sales order and sale the crane at required margin.

5. Dealer Network and Channel partners –
Support of Develop regional distribution channels and route retail business through dealers. Responsible for regular interaction and maintaining of performance scorecard / Matrix of dealers.Also participate in marketing related activities including exhibition, conferences and other initiatives.Support for Accounts Receivables collection from dealers and customers as per requirement.
