The Retail Jeweller Media Hiring For Feature Writer at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Job Role:

We are looking for a “Feature Writer ” with at least 2 to 5 years of work experience in feature writing in print media & online space. You will be responsible for delivering fresh and interesting long form and short form articles to our audience. An Ideal candidate will be someone who has practical experience of atleast 2 years in feature writing & has done their Degree in Journalism. We are open to consider candidates with good feature writing skills & requisite work experience of atleast 2 years if they have done their Degree in English literature.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up with all the local and global happening in the Jewellery & Gemstone industry

Cover a wide variety of stories in respective domain

• Conduct and schedule interviews with key stakeholders in the Jewellery & Gemstone industry
• Track influencers’ work and Research on Websites and all Social Media Platform for Jewellery related News and Developments

• Plan, edit, and write stories and articles for Print and Online Magazine

• Verify information provided by interviewees

• Finalize content by writing Articles, News Analysis, Q&A for Print

• Follow & Attend Trade Shows, Press Conferences and all industry events to stay informed

• Report all these events in form of articles for print and website
• Keep up with deadlines as timeliness is extremely important

Skill Set and Requirements:

Good Writing skills with at least 2 years work experience in print media & online space.

Passion about writing and creating interesting stories

Strong knowledge of media processes

Charismatic and magnetic personality with Great interpersonal and communication skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player with good time-management skills.

We are based at Kurla West adjacent to Phoenix Mall & work from office Mon to Fri from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm. Candidates residing in nearby areas, having atleast 2 years work experience in writing with good verbal & written communication skills & who can join us immediately are preferred.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
