Job Descriptions

Driving the process excellence and handling the operation team .

Should be good in Sales & marketing enhancement for business growth.

Able to do marketing strategy and working on implementations with the help of Kaizen and six sigma.

Should be able to do process development enhancement and working on Six Sigma (DMAIC)mythology

Identifying the gap analysis and improvement of process for B2C business

Should be responsible for increase production line

Working on cost management – closely working with shop floor team for improvements.

Quality auditing of sales call & provide them regular feedback on areas of improvement

Drive continuous improvement & lean strategies considering quality & cost. Manging the expenses and revenues to constraint the budget

SOPs on floor to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Closely working with shop floor team for improvement & gap analysis as well to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Candidate should have good working knowledge of Excel and PPT, Data for analytical working.

Candidate should have knowledge of Kaizens, six sigma and other operation excellence tools.

Basic knowledge in Call Centre and digital ( social media ) and making reports and sending to the Higher mgt.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month

• Moti Nagar, New Delhi – 110006, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
