THE TRAVEL TECH Hiring for Travel Executive, Invoicing Analyst & Accounting Support for an IATA Agency at Bangalore Full Time

Requisite skills and experience –

• Processing, tracking, submitting and reporting Commissions data and financial information
• Fact-checking Commission Manifests and Commissions Sheets received from suppliers against trips and invoices built by travel agents
• Matching commissions to the trip and posting corresponding entries to the back-end accounting system
• Attaching commission manifests and supplier invoices to relevant trips
• Entering, posting, and reconciling sets of of A/R and A/P invoices
• Maintaining agent files, communicates with agents for resolving their Commissions related issues
• Responding to support tickets related to commissions and earnings by agents
• Maintain journals, and updating and reconciling entries and sub-ledgers
• Assisting in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal processes and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with the rest of the department for reconciling files and entries related to Commissions
• Working with the support team on occasion to resolve agent problems related to trips, invoicing, commissions and other earnings
• Working with suppliers on chasing and collecting unpaid commissions
• Taking on ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the organization

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
