Theorem Hiring for Reporting Analyst at Mysore Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Build systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to Clients
• To work in DATORAMA Tableau, DOMO or Power BI platform and provide, code and analyze data along with campaign performance, optimization checks.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through proactive awareness, testing and processes
• Work with internal and external department customers to define and document requirements to enrich Visualization capabilities
• Acquire data by writing SQL queries along with manual data extraction
• Analyze data for completeness to meet business goals and trending
• Transfers data into meaningful, professional and easy to understand dashboard for various audiences
• Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
• Create process efficiencies through automation
• Works closely with Clients to accomplish Campaign goals and strategies
• Escalates issues to Vertical heads for support and guidance
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
• Support complex client implementations and define best practices for solution architecture
• Understand customer goals and challenges and translate them into technical requirements
• Create and implement Success Plans to drive customers towards the adoption of additional use-cases
• Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, and use-case growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Implementation, Account Management, and Global Support, team to ensure the proper approach is taken holistically to maximize a new customer’s success

Candidates Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of experience in Online & Digital Marketing
• Good communication in English – Verbal and written skills
• Need to be flexible to work around the clock as per requirement
• Team working ability
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, its vocabulary and key metrics
• Sound Knowledge on SQL/MySQL, VBA, HTML & Basics JS
• Hands on experience in Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables and charts
• Experience in Dashboard creation/enhancements
• Experience analyzing online campaign data activity preferre
