Roles & Responsibilities:
Improve reliability, quality, and delivery of our suite of software solutions.
Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
Responsible to keep development pipeline operational and traceable following security best practices and adopting to corporate security guidelines
Create sustainable systems and services through automation.
You will be an integral member of a team responsible for quickly resolving highly technical, complex issues. Your role will be critical in maintaining the trust of our customers. You will be working directly with our customers’ technical operations teams in defining issues, resolving them, or leading a cross-functional team to drive resolutions.
Demonstrate leadership and work independently to resolve complex technical problems, including escalations to our product engineers.
Develop methods and best practices for delivering outstanding service, as well as participate in knowledge sharing through the creation of knowledge base articles.
Work as a technical resource on engineering bridges on complex issues.
Define, coordinate, and prioritise customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements.
Candidate Requirement:
Bachelor’s in engineering/Computer Science or master’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of Experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
4+ years experience in Software Configuration Management(SCM), Development, engineering, IT.
3 years prior customer-facing experience on build and deployment.
Strong experience Install-shield/Install anywhere or any equivalent SCM build tool.
Strong experience in Software Release Notification(SRN) Process.
Experience using Agile software development methodologies.
Has experience, instincts, and enthusiasm around testing and testability.
Is authentic, transparent and leads by example, holding self and others accountable. Inspires, motivates and collaborates with others.
Anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions. Is willing to ask difficult questions and take risks. Greets challenge and change as opportunity.
Experience working with geographically distributed team.
A highly motivated fast learner who can self-start and “figure out what needs figuring out”.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively document artifacts and processes then explain them to others.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or equivalently technical disciplines.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in working with AWS Management console and understanding of basic services like storage and compute.
Experience rolling out application to Apple ecosystem.
