QA Sr engineer (Manual + automation)

• Perform various types of testing, including Performance, Load, Regression, Integration and Functional. Automation and Manual Testing
• Analyzing the requirement from testing perspective
• Closely working with scrum master and product owner to identify the risk areas
• In depth regression testing which will cover all components
• Creating test plans and writing test scripts
• Managing the defects logged and tracking them till they get closed
• Ability to independently create test data as per the requirements
• Well versed with testing methodologies

To be successful you will need:

• Good Team Player
• Strong communication skills – ability to interface directly with client personnel and mentor/coach team.
• Possess good understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
• Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the environment/ test automation frameworks
• Prepare / Update / Execute Test cases (Test scripts) as per application requirement
• Prepare Test reports for all testing related documents
• Defect logging and tracking to closure, attend defect Triage meetings
• Strong understanding of best practices in defining programmable acceptance criteria.
• Involvement in daily stand-up calls internally / client

Skills

Skillsets we are looking for:-

• 4-6 years of experience in Test automation covering functional automation, regression automation, extreme automation which includes development/enhancement of test automation frameworks
• Should possess good understanding of API/Microservices testing and Mobile testing and security testing.
• Knowledge on below tools / technology / framework is must- Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium
• JMeter, Postman, SQL. Nice to have skills- Perfecto, Saucelabs, Neoload
• Good understanding of SonarQube
• Strong experience in Maven, Jenkins for continuous integration/deployment and test automation
