Role – Legal Executive
Experience – 2+ yrs.
Qualification – LLB
Industry – Automobile
CTC – Up to 3.8 LPA CTC
Job Description –
- Scrutinize all the contracts/orders received for the legal risk and analyses them as per company standards and policies
- Handle all consumers cases of the dealerships, write a draft and coordinate with legal authorities, and handle and close the cases in follow up with legal
authorities and senior management of the organization.
- Legal agreement drafting and proofreading with Key Account Managers
- Circulations of MIS and Data and Data Management System updating.
- Maintain MIS of all the cases (litigation & non-Litigation) and update on a regular basis
- Vetting Execution and Data Maintenance of all agreements of the company
including subsidiary and entry of executed copy of documents
repository system.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
