Roles for Business Development Manager

• Implementing effective key project management, monitoring and updating Database.
• Managing new and current projects, and updating accordingly.
• Handling advertising, promotion, P.R.’s in social media.
• Maintaining company literature, client profiles, company website etc.
• Organizing meetings at trade shows, customer events and other major business events.
• Developing promotional activities plan in present markets.
• Reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Business documentation skills such as confidentiality agreements, sales agreements, MOU’s and business pacts.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria and executing them.
• Mastering market studies and acquiring new ideas with the current trends.
• Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
