Job Description –

• Should have knowledge of Automobile Spare Parts with Inventory

Management, Distribution of Parts required for business.

• Should have experience in QA (In the process, Final Inspection, Outgoing

Quality, Warranty) with OEM

• Maintain all consumption reports and stock reports in an appropriate

manner.

• Making sure that all the parts that are received are checked and verified

against the supplier invoices and checked for correct qty and quality.

• Processes warranty claims on a timely basis.
• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate

accounting schedule.

• Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receive authorization to write them

off.

• Follows upon payment of outstanding claims.
• Tracks Spare Parts and warranty parts by tagging with a repair order

number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed of.

• Arranges for parts to be shipped to the distributor or to be scrapped.
• Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
