Maintaining and strengthening ongoing relationships with existing suppliers and responsible for timely procurement at optimum/best price of all engineering materials/ consumables of Technical & Support Function. Search out alternative vendor data base and OEM substitution .

Ensure an effective resolution process with supplier through proper communication, dispute settlement, documentation and research.

Service Procurement

Finalization of major service orders/ contracts for operations through zero based costing mechanism, technical consultancy services, AMC ( comprehensive and Non comprehensive) etc.

In bound Logistic

Finalization of transportation contract linked with diesel price index with different transporter at PAN India and local level to ensure minimum lead time for delivering of goods at our site

Statutory & Audit Compliances

Ensure all procurement operations are aligned to with our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001 and SA 8000. Prepare all relevant documents for the compliance of certification process and further continuation of development. Process audit compliance (external & Internal ) to ensure continuous improvement in audit score .
