The TIBCO Professional Services Group (PSG) is the most experienced TIBCO consulting organisation in the world and its mission is to ensure our customers’ success.
During the course of our services engagements, we work side-by-side with our customers and their designated partner in order to help establish customer self-sufficiency in implementing solutions based upon TIBCO technology.
We support projects that are aggressive, strategic to our customers’ business, and that leverage mission critical services and applications.
What You’ll Do
Develop a full understanding of customer needs
Active involvement in practice development, team participation, and relationship building.
Employ a high level of problem solving skills to identify and diagnose complex problems. Customer success is a motivating goal.
Proactively contribute to all stages of the project life cycle up to and including implementation
Functions as a primary technology contact, communicate frequently about schedules, deliverables and risks
Play a technical leadership role on design or development of projects with little or no supervision to act as technical lead on even difficult project engagements.
Define project standards and ensure their use, perform complex event-driven infrastructure implementations
Identifying problems and recommend appropriate solutions for companies in a wide variety of circumstances
Assist in identifying project requirements, strategies and schedules in support of project/initiatives analysis and prioritization
Play a role in the development to promote team morale and productivity, such as participating in hiring process, team assignments, and cross training etc
Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and the rest of PSG as appropriate
Recognize accomplishments, provide feedback of other members of the team and assist in the definition of work objectives and desired outcomes to the technical team.
Who You Are
7-9 Years of Proven IT Projects experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferred: Master’s Degree in CS/IT or equivalent
Should have in depth knowledge and 3-4 years hands on experience with BPM products like iProcess, AMX BPM or other non TIBCO products like Pega or IBM Lombardi
Strong software development and design skills in Business Process Management and Integration
Good knowledge in Windows platform and UNIX
Preferred: Knowledge of Core Java, HTTP, XML, AJAX, SOAP, Web Services and the Eclipse environment a plus.
Experience in UI technologies like Angular JS, JQuery an advantage.
Analysis and design skills of moderate to complex scope
Familiarity with iterative development life-cycle and methodology
Good understanding in system performance analysis and capacity planning
Background in vertical industries such as, Financial Services, Government, Logistics, Healthcare and/ or Hi-tech manufacturing
Designed business solutions solving complex business problems.
Participated in customer presentations and sales cycle.
Solid understanding of operational aspects of TIBCO solutions and the correct handling of operational issues or migration challenges
Open to travel
Effective written and presentation skills
Comfortable working in shifts 24*7 ,including night shifts.
