• The activities includes finding potential market for Cattle Feed, Developing distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers, track and analyse competitors ‘ activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed

. * Appointment of SS/CSA and Distributors

• Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products.

• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

• Servicing the needs of your existing customers

• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

• Setting sales targets for individual SO/ASM and your team as a whole

• Developing sales strategies and setting targets

• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets

• Compiling and analyzing sales figures

• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

• Collecting customer feedback and market research

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors

• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Experience of team handling for group vision

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
