Job Description

Ability to adapt the training to the trainee’s knowledge level. Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills. Trainer with good communication skill and hands on of training experience Must Have Automotive technical training and Instructor experience. Additional Training certifications will have an edge. Training and Development Capacity Trainer on Multi-Brand Two- Wheeler Mechanic preferred Developing necessary Training materials and Training Content ( Audio , Video and Notes) and Session Plan Technical knowledge on BS4 and BS6 Vehicles Local Mechanic Training Capacity Theoretical and Hands-on workshop exposure to Trainees Conduct Assessment and Monitoring performance of trainees Aptitude for conducting pre/ post work to ensure competent, employable candidates at the end of the training. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well-organized and focused. Eager to learn and keep oneself abreast of the latest developments and newer technologies used in the various systems of the vehicle and its aggregates is highly desirable. Should be able to demonstrate the usage of workshop equipment, instruments, special instruments and tools. Should have sharp diagnostic abilities for identifying reasons of problems in vehicles and troubleshoot. Should be hands-on with servicing of vehicles to provide experiential training Working experience on latest tools and equipments used for vehicle servicing.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus
