Job Role:

• Merchant Onboarding in assigned geography.

• Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.

• Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.

• Keep the team motivated and lead from front.

• Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.

Key Skills:

• Good Team leader with proven track record

• Should be competitive and confident

• Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.

• Should be excellent with verbal communication – English and Respective Regional Language

• Should be flexible to travel

Eligibility Requirement:

• Graduate with at least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.

• Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage

• Good communication skills

• Must have computer knowledge – Excel and Basic Data Analysis

• Should be presentable in Market

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
