SERVICE DISPATCHER – WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for a candidate who can join us for a long-term permanent role.

Responsibilities :

Candidate should know how to use Google Maps,

Mumbai-based candidate are preferred.

Candidates with vehicle knowledge i.e. Brand and Model will be preferred.

Should be soft-spoken with a positive attitude.

Should be able to assist with customer queries and bring the deal.

Incentives will be provided for each booking, in addition to salary.

Coordinate with both customer and Tow driver against each booking.

Track the records for each and all bookings completed.

Should know how to use MS Excel and maintain reports.

Candidate should be self-motivated to learn new things and deal with new challenges.

Previous experience in any Roadside Assistance work will be an add-on.

Qualifications :

Education – Graduates preferred.

Soft Skill – Communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
