OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Customer Solutions Technical Analyst will capture the technical design and configuration, assists with setting up the various technical environments of the JDA WMS/TMS products, connects technical devices (RF, Vocollect, Label Printers, etc) to the technical landscape and supports go-live and client activities regarding JDA implementation projects.
They would be responsible for assisting the Customer Solutions Technical Leads in day-to-day activities and driving solutions with the relevant Business Units and Customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS/ LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
o Warehouse, Transportation & Operations Applications: WMS systems, TMS Transportation systems o Overall E2E Technical Solution SME including Unix Application Server and Database level expertise o Analysis, Design and Build of all JDA AWS instances to match customer requirements o Ensure connection to Toll’s Middleware platforms and Customer platforms are in line with the latest technology frameworks o Create technical installation documents, and test scripts where applicable using Industry tools o Development of WMS Jasper Reports and customer specific freight labels using Nice Labels software o Development of WMS Dashboards using Page Builder o Independently manage business/IT stakeholders during the implementation o Assist the Customer Solutions Technical Leads with activities as assigned o Any other duties as assigned PRE-REQUISITES:
