At Toll Technology Centre, Pune in India, we are looking for Senior Manager Cloud Services to join our team. As a Senior Manager Cloud Services , your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, this position is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, services and engineering. Partner with Head of Information security, head of Cloud Architecture, Head of Infrastructure Architecture, Application owners and other experts to ensure the cloud infrastructure meets all requirements and continues to evolve over time to meet changing needs and best practices. * Drive the design, planning and execution of highly scalable systems that will be cloud native, based on standards and driven mostly through APIs. Maintain & transform the overall infrastructure architecture to support the business objectives and implement central policies and procedures. Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for cloud systems architecture. * Identify areas where automation and cloud services can improve the scalability, efficiency and set repeatable / reusable processes with minimal human intervention. Own the Cloud Services annual budget and operate within the budget. Provide leadership, supervision, coaching and guidance across the team in achievement of organizational and departmental goals. * Partner with IT leadership, business unit leaders and service providers to provide strategic solutions and operational efficiencies. Proven ability to work effectively in independent settings as well as in a larger groups and matrix organization. * Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, prioritize and handle multiple competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Must have outstanding organizations and time-management skills, possess the ability to exercise practical judgment, and be a highly motivated self-starter. * Exhibits superior verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Able to lead 24×7 global cloud operations and resolve or escalate issues within SLA. About you: To be successful in this role, you will need: * Total 15+ years of IT infrastructure designing and engineering experience. Experience in cloud only or cloud first infrastructure of at least 6+ years. Automation, Scripting, and/or coding skills (Python, Golang, JS). * Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, VCP, Route53, S3) and Azure services. Strong hands-on experience with containerization, cloud migrations, DevOps, CI/CD, Automation, Cloud native services, CMP etc * Hands-on experience leading the design, development, and deployment of business solutions at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure * Firm understanding and experience with Software Defined Cloud Networking. Experience with single sign on , multi factor authentication platforms and cloud security * Understanding of Network Fundamentals preferred such as DNS, Routing, BGP, TCP/IP and Software Defined Networking * Experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation. Integration of cloud services. Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements.
