Role Description

Organizes meetings with current and prospective customers and introduces products in order to expand sales.

Responds to customer inquiries from current and prospective customers and introduces products in order to expand sales.

Delivers consistent, high quality customer service by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.

Contribution

This role plays a vital role in contributing to profitable business with new and existing customers by supporting the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets.

Works closely with the Sales Manager to prepare short-term sales plans and to prepare sales strategies to reach sales targets.

Communication

Interacts frequently with more experienced Account Managers or Sales Managers to develop knowledge of products and services.

Interfaces with external customers to respond to inquiries.

Dimension

Typically operates within a predefined geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts.

Requires basic understanding of product knowledge and a solid understanding of the customer’s business.

Typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Works under direct supervision to perform routine account management activities.

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech in Electonics,Electrical or any other similar field.

5+ Years of Exp. into Service Sales.

Excellent Communication Skills.
