• The Data Center Manager, Manages all aspects of the projects from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project/Job execution while leading, motivating and developing team members.

• Leading a 2 Million Dollar Service Business directing service projects of ongoing service agreements and emergency service work within the Given Territory on all Data Centers

• Managing regional Data Center accounts by meeting them, seeking and analyzing customer feedback to improve service delivery quality, timeliness and correctness to improve customer satisfaction

• Providing deep focus & ownership on overall services delivery and handling 1st level customer escalation across india

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for end to end solutions like Chiller arrival to site, Methodology review and approval from Customer/EHS team, proper installation, Commissioning & Various level testing as per contract agreed terms

• Responsible for all aspects of Job execution planning for ongoing service contracts and emergency service needs, PPM, Warranty Services including work orders, change requests, etc.

• Man Power planning, PPM/BD Scheduling and assigning Task to Technician Team

• Ensures the Quality of work by reviewing technicians work Through regular Team Meetings & Site visits/Audits

• Managing customer escalations and enabling support to minimize the open calls

• Responsible for Monthly MOR and conducting QBR meetings in coordination with customers for performance review & corrective actions

• Taking accountability & Ownership and enable all the support / Actions for on time executions

• Monitoring the site progress and recommending proactive suggestions/ideas to customers to improve the reliability & performance of the Equipments installed at Data Centers

• Push the customers for Critical parts and other standby arrangements at site

• Ensuring the SOW & agreed SLAs are met within stipulated time lines and enabling the support to field team for the same

• Accountable for the strategy and performance achievement of operating plan.

• Functions as the primary interface between Data Center Customer, Vendors, Sub-contractors, and internal expertise within the office and project administration.

• Responsible for customer satisfaction and fulfilling their needs within the agreed terms & SLA

• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

• Maintains quality standards by supervising Job-assigned staff and inspecting job sites.

• Responsible for sharing the Quality Feedback to Factory and implementation of corrective actions/Retrofits time to time

• Responsible for identifying possible cost saving opportunities and/or risk items that will occur on Data Center projects.

• Facilitates invoicing and payments by verifying and Sharing the reports on time along with relevant compliance documents & Customer follow up.

• Supporting for Accounts Receivables and Past Due Reductions

• Responsible for Training and Developing Data Center Field Technicians and New joiners.

• Following EHS Standards at Job site and ensuring the Team is following the standards, Conducting Monthly EHS Audits etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 10 – 12 years’ experience in Leading a team & Key Account Management

• Strong Technical, Operation & Maintenance Knowledge including a solid understanding of Data Center Requirements, an eye for detail and superior customer service skills

• Must have a proven track record of leading, developing and coaching employees

• Experience leading in a Data center Environment is preferred
