Your mission and responsibilities
Time: Morning, afternoon shifts. Fixed schedule.
Tasks: Customer, partner and operational support through omnichannel platform.

Your profile and qualifications
Profile:
- English B2 or superior
- Excellent communicational skills
- Proactive and resolute
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Availability during weekends
