Responsibilities and Duties
Greeting the guest/ customer at the officeMaintaining administration and operation records in an organized mannerUpdating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetingsSorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers based on prioritiesAssisting the HR team in exit and joining formalitiesAssisting, conferring and coordination CXO’s and departmental headsAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting to the correct departmentScheduling appointments and organizing meetingsMaintaining appointment diary either manually or electronicallySupervising the housekeeping department and preparing a list of stockGiving information about the services and products of the organization.
