- We are looking for Call Quality Analyst ( Call Auditor/ Call Evaluator) for International Banking Process.
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a QA in a call center voice process.
- Should have working experience on Call Calibrations/ Auditing/ Barging
- CTC negotiable as per industry standards.
- Work from office and home ( Hybrid model)
Required Candidate profile
- Should have excellent Verbal skills
- Knowledge of 7QC tools is mandatory
- Working on Call monitoring/ Call barging/call Calibrations
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
