What You’ll be Doing

Providing value add to the Operations teams at TTEC Ahmedabad through generation and analysis of various reports & dashboards providing the accurate picture to the concerned stakeholders.

On a typical day, you’ll

• Preparing and maintaining daily reports as per prescribed TAT
• Maintaining accuracy of data published and eradicating errors
• Coordination with different departments for execution of key initiatives

• Quick resolution for queries that may come up from stakeholders
• Monitor and identify trends and recommend course of action
• Monitor and audit data quality
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
• Regular follow up with concerned stakeholders for data requirement

• Computer savvy & excellent English communication skills

• 2-4 years of MIS experience
