TTEC Hiring for Telecommunications Engineer at Hyderabad, India Full Time

TTEC is seeking a Genesys Cloud (also known as Pure Cloud) Engineer to join our Technology Services team. This role is out of our office with remote / telecommuting opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work within TTEC’s project teams providing implementation expertise primarily in Genesys Contact Center Enterprise solutions.

• Under the direction of the Lead Solution Architect, the Genesys Cloud Engineer will deploy, configure and script Genesys Cloud software and third-party software, and integrated peripheral systems.

• Perform integration with other enterprise applications.

• Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of TTEC Professional Services staff, client resources, contract resources, and 3 rd party vendors.

• Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned TTEC Project Manager.

What skills you’ll need:

Two or more years technical experience

• Genesys Contact Center implementation and deployment experience, including configuration and troubleshooting of the following key systems:

• Genesys Collaborate

• Genesys Communicate

• Genesys Contact Center

• Experience with configuration/administration tools

• Inbound/Outbound call flow configuration

• IVR Development

• Scripting

• Reporting and Analytics

• Dashboard creation

• Outbound Campaign management

Required soft skills:

• Possess strong attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

• Provide mentoring, support to peers and feedback to Solution Architects

Additional Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Genesys Engage

• Experience with Genesys eServices email, chat and SMS contact solutions

• Composer Routing and Voice application development experience

• Custom report development experience

• Experience with Calabrio or Verint Quality Monitoring and/or Workforce Management Solutions

• Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce.com and Zendesk
