a. Monitor daily cleaning at office premisesb Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriatelyc Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone callsd Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriese Maintain registers placed at reception and controlling access via the reception deskf Keep inventory of office stationary, issue to employees and giving monthly requirement to Admin.
