TUI Hiring for Finance P2P (Purchase to Pay) Agent at Tamil Nadu Full Time

Joining the TUI Musement Business Services as P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Agent, you will assist with the Accounts Payable (AP) activities within the Global Finance Services to provide a high level of service for internal and external customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business
• Assist with the Supplier accounts management, servicing TUI Musement (TUI MM) entities and businesses and support the P2P Supervisor with Accounting activities in accordance with the organization´s policies
• Process supplier invoices, answer supplier queries and work closely with destination offices and internal departments
• Review discrepancies and solve invoice incidences, identify and manage issues on supplier accounts (such as debtor and aged creditor balances), analyze supplier account status and validate prepayment as well as deposit requests
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure payments in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintaining supplier relationships, communicating effectively and proposing improvements of any identified issues on supplier accounts will be further tasks of your role
• Together with the Master Data department, you will ensure that Supplier Master Data is up to date and accurate at any time

ABOUT YOU

• Business University degree advantageous
• Previous experience in administration, supplier and customer management mandatory
• Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
• Someone with proven numeric skills and financial acumen
• Someone with a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
• Previous experience with ERP tool – SAP, Dynamics advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous, preferably German, Italian or Spanish
