We are Tummoc Leading the smart commute revolution of India, Tummoc (India’s first Multi-modal Connectivity Platform), intends to build the public transport accessible to every doorstep by making every mode of commute available in your city to travel from A to B.
Commute spelt backwards is “Tummoc” (minus the “e”). That is what we intend to do: Reverse the trend of decreasing public transport usage in urban India!
Responsibilities
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Manage incoming phone calls to answer and guide customer’s queries.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the
staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Role
1. A bachelor’s degree
2. Should be able to speak Kannada, English and Hindi
3. A minimum of 1 years’ experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
5. Knowledge of CRM systems.
6. Basic Computer skills.
