Job Description
We are hiring this role for a Data Center project for remediation works.
Experience in Modification of the existing building , demolition , external development works ( compound wall , drains, roads , rectification of building defects )
Contract administration knowledge
Administer the construction works for building
Underground drainages , storm water drain , culverts , Plumbing works , Hydrants, HVAC works ,
Planning
Good knowledge in construction methodologies and standards
Aware of fire norms and local statutory requirement
All Reporting including QA/QC, progress, verbal and written reporting
Qualifications
B.E / Diploma in civil / mechanical with 5+ years of experience in external developments and contracts administration, Planning experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client and stakeholder management
