TVS Training and Services Hiring for HR at Chennai Full Time

(Note: Work From Home) Location: Pune, Ahmadabad, Vadodara, Bhopal, Mumbai

• Source candidates by approaching Colleges, headhunting, tele calling, using Job Portals and all possible means for getting candidates on Board for various client requirements.
• Deliver as per the targets set and maintain a good database of candidates as pipeline in order to consistently line up candidates on month on month basis.
• Interact with college campuses and ensure maximum number of candidates are being sourced by building rapport with the Training & Placement Office and Management of the Colleges in allotted area.
• Should be able to source candidates from all possible sources and must be proactive in terms of presenting the end to end recruitment support.
• Timely, responsive and accurate sourcing of candidates as per the mandate shared by client for hiring Sales Candidates.
• Present report on regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
