Looking for a smart service provider cum Customer Support Executive for my firm who would work with our clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need

Job Responsibilities:

• You shall be coordinating & providing services like Legal Compliances, Export & Import Related Services, Digital Marketing Services, GEM & Tender Solutions, Business Counseling, Accounting Services, Project Report Preparation & Funding, E-Commerce, etc
• Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider
• Sourcing Service Providers, negotiating & signing agreements
• Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
• Ensure each client is given necessary services & follow-up to fill ongoing service needs
• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base and generate referrals from them
• Create & maintain a directory of service providers and resources
• Answer telephones and respond to email and walk-in service inquiries in the office
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction; take the extra mile to engage customers
