30 DPD PAR – GL, IL, AGL for the loans disbursed in this FY in the alloted branches
GL, IL, URC MRR (Monthly repayment rate) Collections % achievement as per the branch target
GL, IL, URC MRR OTRR for FY 20-21 disbursed cases
Driving Cashless repayment in the branches assigned with special focus on IL
Assisting in following up on NDA pool on monthly basis
Containing SMA/STD (<90 DPD accounts) bucket through resolutions, normalisation, loans or restructuring to prevent NPA flow. Focus , prioritise & follow up on SMA 1 & 2
Execute action plans of branches which are not meeting targets of collections percentage
Ensuring to meet the productivity standards as per the defined productivity tracker
Error in the applications sanctioned by the Credit Officers
IL Error rate for the branches at Pre-QC stage
GL KYC and Documentation Error of the branches
Ensure data accuracy in terms of updation of rejections, deviations and errors in system
Reporting of required MIS /Reports with accurate information
“Conduct Sample Check of IL cases by CRM and visit GL high ticket size (> 40 K laons) loans
KPC/KSL LUC 100% of allocated cases”
Sample check of loan on phone & pre-approved loans (wherever applicable)
Conduct field credit investigations and escalate Critical Observations for IDM discussions. Identify and Preventing fraud through observation on suspicious transactions and activities in branches. This must form part of IDM observation
Survey through call, Conduct Portfolio Check, Highlight early warning signal pertaining to critical branches / area and accordingly propose suitable action plan
Ensure compliance to moratoruim norms and customers are properly communicated regarding additional interest charge of moratorium period as per defined process and policy
Ensure Deviation approval is sought for all deviation cases as per matrix and system entry done for all cases with accuracy
Review of Negative area / centers and customers list , addition and deletion of no go area, negative area

Ensure co-oridnation with all verticals to ensure smooth processing”
Centre Meeting visits (critical / watchlist centers based on regional definition)
Visit Non starter and Critical OD cases and provide suitable recommendations (Notices, Vigilance enquiry, Collection support, supervisory visits etc)
Make suitable recommendations for repayment holiday, rescheduling of loans based on the situation of the customers
Ensure customer / branch queries are addressed on time
Ensure the rejections and reductions are captured properly with justifications and communicated thoroughly to branch team and customers
Timely completion of E-Learning module Swayam
Annual Certification Test – GL and IL Certification
Get certified to underwrite new products
Discuss Credit MIS reports with branch team and ensure they are understood and use them effectively
Conduct staff Meetings and Trainings for the branches on Credit Policy, process and system changes
Taking Initiatives & Focusing on achieving R and R parameters and winning consistently
Punctuality, Maintaining Discipline at field & in branches, coordination with stakeholders, Flexibility in work & decision making ability in approvals at field
Participate in Field Surveys for opening up of new business/areas/occupations
Visit competitors and update the best practices and critical areas.
Actively uggest improvements in credit policy, processes, system & new projects and providing new idea of Cost cutting and optimization of resources with lesser expenses
Ensure successful implementation of ongoing project in the allocated branch
