Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non-functional issues correctly and clearly to external customers and internal stakeholders
• Should have knowledge of problem resolution
• Answering support calls, emails, and support tickets
• Acknowledging customer complaints
• Solving customer complaints
• Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• Providing professional customer service experience
• Customizing individual customer journey
• Keeping records of customer communication, complaints, transaction, and more
• Advice and provide aid to the clients over the phone, in person, or via e-mail.
• Probe and resolve the complaints and problems of the customer.
• Learn and update with the changes and advancements in the services or products of the organization.
• Be aware of the latest developments in the field of customer service
