Issue to shop orders, while maintaining and recording part traceability, the correct quantity of piece parts to allow operators to build the quantity of parts required by the shop order * Issue to purchase orders in a timely manner, the correct free issue parts in the required quantities, pack them in the correct fashion and dispatch these parts to the specified supplier * Undertake stock counts of inventory items as requested by the Operations Management team, facilitating a quick response from Operations to the Sales team * Receive and locate correctly all stock items, after ensuring they are not required in any partial kits, in a timely and organised manner to ensure they are easily retrievable when needed on the production build line * Quickly and efficiently handle queries from shop floor staff and other departments in relation to inventory * Monitor stock levels of consumable items and raise purchase requisitions as required to ensure timely receipt to maintain the minimum stock levels * Archive shop orders, purchase orders and shipment documentation into company systems to ensure availability for future reference
