URGENT HIRING!!! We are hiring Incoming Quality Control Engineer for one of the reputed manufacturing company based at Greater Noida.

· B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 yrs experience in same role of Incoming Quality inspection of Aluminum / sheet metal parts/raw materials/finished parts

· Preferred Industry – Experience in Engineering, Aluminium, Sheet Metal, Automotive, Automobile or Aviation industries

· Responsible for inspection of components against drawings, process sheet and work instruction. Prepare inspection report , set quality standard, keep all instruments used for checking standards calibrated etc

· Knowledge of measuring instruments like – Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height guage, Trimos, all types of Gauges.

· NCR/ Lot Rejection data e-mail to all concern & return to vendo,Prepares Incoming Inspection Reports.

· Raise supplier quality problem report in case of any quality issues,MIS to buyer,Purchase team and ensure disposal of rejected material,5s

· SST details send to QA HOD, Timely Calibration of all measuring equipment & make report

· Supplier/Vendor visit,MIS to HOD / Vendor and maintain the incoming part drawing

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
