WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following professional for the workshop and service centers of LEADING CAR COMPANY
LOCATIONS:– HYDERABAD, BANGALORE,CHENNAI
1. SERVICE MANAGER:-FOR HYDERABAD ,BANGALORE,CHENNAI
EXP :– 5 -7 YEARS IN AUTOMOBILE
(REQUIRED PEOPLES FROM PASSENGER VEHICLE WITH DEALERSHIP BACKGROUND)
CTC :– – 5-8 LPA
Plan, organize, lead and control the complete Service Operations.
Establish the facility requirements, manpower requirements and Service training targets.
Maintain service and parts co-ordination through regular meetings with Parts Managers.
Ensure efficient service operations through providing adequate tools and equipment and smooth workflow as per SOP.
Provide monthly performance( total no. of vehicles, parts expense, team roaster, etc) to workshop manager
Planning and organizing equipment training for employees by OEMs. Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma and ITI holder in Mech/Automobile.
5 Years + experience in Automobile Service.
2 Years+ experience in team handling (50+ people)
Must have knowledge and be able to diagnose the vehicle..
Ability to control cost with allocated budget.
Eye for detail and process champion.
