Unison International Hiring for Hiring General Manager Taxation at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

We are hiring General Manager Taxation for an Automobile Industry at Gurgaon location. Should be CA qualified with 15+ years’ experience from any Automobile or Manufacturing industry. Age should not be more than 50 years.

Salary: Upto 45 LPA

Job Description:

• Responsible for all statutory compliance related to Taxation (Direct/Indirect) at Group level
• Hands-on experience in GST compliance & regulations
• Managing Tax Assessments and Appeals: Direct and Indirect Tax-Handled Service Tax/Excise Audits
• Obtaining registrations under various Statutory Laws
• Ensuring Filing of GST/Indirect tax, Income tax and TDS returns.
• Managing and customizing ERP systems to adhere to various taxation requirements.
• Reviewing Tax Audit details
• Liaising with internal and statutory/tax auditors on audit requirements.
• Liasioning with external consultants on closure of tax related matters/ cases in consultation with Legal

• Should have handled Transfer Pricing cases of cross border transactions

• Insurance support

Skill Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience on ERP set up (Experience on SAP) would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of GST Law
• Good inter personal and analytical skills
• Diligent and meticulous with eye for detail
