Full Job Description
Looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Manager-Plant (IR Manager- Plant) for a leading manufacturing brand based out of Delhi.
Candidate should be good in managing the Unions and should be good in Labour Laws and can handle Labour matters.
Must be at Senior Manager level or above.
Location- Ludhiana (Punjab)
CTC- Upto 20 LPA
NOTE: The Candidate must know how to Read, Write and Speak Punjabi.
