Job Description

• Plan, organize and facilitate various talent management activities such as orientation sessions for new employees, corporate learning and training sessions, learning forums etc.
• Organize and support learning needs analysis exercises by administering surveys, organizing focus groups, or brainstorming sessions.
• Plan, organize and coordinate Centre wide language training sessions (group and individual) and ensure language level assessments are done before, during and after the training. Monitor the participants progress throughout each session and keep managers informed of progress and bring to their attention any issues, i.e., attendance or other situations.
• Contribute to the content and ensure accurate and user-friendly digital format and process of required corporate training such as the Code of Conduct; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, etc. are up to date and completed by each employee.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the Centre wide Performance Review and Assessment (PRA) Process for all employees, provide information and training sessions for all employees and managers, and answer employee and management questions. The TM Officer will draft PRA timelines, emails to employees, managers and review committee which will be reviewed by the Manager.
• Establish the eligibility list of employees for the Program Officer Promotion program when business needs dictate it and plan, coordinate and manage the entire process, such as setting the timelines, communication with employees and management, drafting messages for the internal intranet.
