What success looks like in this role:

• Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
  • Review reconciliations of various types of GL Accounts covering Inter Company, Cash in Transit, withholding Tax, Investments etc
  • Oversee effectively monthly activities covering various areas of finance which includes IC Invoicing, Payments, Clearing, Receipts and Payment batches(sometime), Journal entries(Oracle R 12) and also knowledge of Royalty process and Parts accounting.
  • Oversee efficiently month end activities which include WIA Interface to AP, AP Updating/Validation
  • Prepared documentation necessary for closing the company’s books and records, executing necessary internal accounting controls, escalating issues and identified risks and applying company policies necessary to result in complete and accurate financial reporting.
  • It is good to have knowledge of Blackline System
  • Associate have knowledge of Insight, Innovative and ready to work RPA on existing process

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 
  Key Qualifications:
  • Experience 3 to 8 Years
  • Education B.com & Above , MBA Finance, CA and ICWA Intermediate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Makes decisions within context of company guidelines and seeks ways to improve work processes leveraging with industry standards and best practices.
  • Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
  • Team Player.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) Oracle R12 and Fusion and Blackline
  • Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
