Roles and Responsibility:

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software – Tally ERP 9+
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word skills
• Provides administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas including Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Accounting Services and Centralized Transaction.
• Solve technical accounting or finance problems varying in scope and complexity
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessa Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Assists Payroll calculation based on schedule and related legal/tax filing Assists in corporate tax computation.
• Assists accurate and on time filing of the withholding tax and other legal/tax filings Liaisons with the external auditor.
• Processes Vendors invoices and employees expense reports
• Responsible for checking expense report against receipts
• Responsible for the resolution of invoice and expense report issues and problems
• Performs other general ac ry counting related duties which may be assigned by immediate manager
