Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices

• Make critical decisions regarding the project and design of the software, ensuring scalability and maintainability

• Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills and navigate challenges

• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among team members

• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress

• Promote continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest technologies and integrating them into the team’s workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5+ years of IT experience

• Worked on projects like Java, Python, Kafka, Microservice & Azure
