VCC India Private Limited provides voice and chats platform customer care for VMedia, including inbound sales calls, billing and retention, and technical support, all from our office in Hyderabad. VCC is looking to hire agents to join our existing team of over 100 industrious employees.

Customer Care Representative JD:
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders and billing.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communications skills

Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure

Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.

NOTE: It is a Night shift process. Shift: 3*3 (Rotational), Cab Facility Available both ways.
