URHR SERVICES Hiring for Purchase Executive at Calcutta Full Time

Looking for Purchase executive with Min 4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchase and Procurement of Material for real estate site.
• Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
• Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, Negotiation and Material follow-ups.
• Arrange Rate and Quotation from vendor/supplier Or find best vendor for purchasing.
• Local / cash purchasing as per the requirement.
• Co-ordination with Stores department for inventory and stock controlling
• Reconciliations of supplier payments with coordination with finance/accounts department.
• As per the requirement of organization timely allotted work to be carried.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream

Background Experience: 4 yrs experience in real estate

Job Location: Kolkata.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
