Job Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non – non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
• Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plan Verification of tools and equipment.
• To ensure good quality and promote safe practices on site Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs carrying out drills and exercises.
• Managing emergency situations conducting investigations on accidents verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government institutions.
• Responding to workers safety concerns and managing all communications with government departments in regard of safety
• Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste Assisting
• Preparation of a construction health and safety plan Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans Continuous monitoring of all safety-related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated

Job Type: Full-time (Rotational shift

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month

Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Safety Engineering (Safety Certificate Must)
