Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule calendar appointmentsManage all incoming and outgoing communicationsSchedule travelPlanning eventsActing as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone callsManaging diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executiveBooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationOrganizing events and conferencesCollating and filing expensesManaging databases and filing systemsLiaising with staff, suppliers and clientsImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsReminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinesTyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenceMiscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the managers remit, eg completing some corporate governance reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalentAbility to handle multiple tasks while staying organizedAbility to travelEmployment TypeFull-timeEdit job descriptionJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
