Mission
Main Tasks:
Strong advisor/partnering skills to work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other business partners and ensures contents achieve desired learning outcomes.
Acts as subject matter expert when determining and designing and developing curriculum through research, getting client team member input, and advanced functional/technical knowledge.
Uses approved Valeo tools and templates to develop course deliverables consistent with Valeo branding and standards.
Review and test content for accuracy and usability. Review and evaluate training materials and programs, as part of our continuous improvement quality program and ensuring process / storyboard meets training objectives.
Initiation/coordination of learning solutions creation, reviews, approvals and updates.
Planning and implementation of blended training approach.
Define and maintain the learning methods and best practices.
Maintain content in a library of reusable assets such as pictures, video, and templates.
Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
Strong training writing and training content development skills, with focused attention to details with the ability to analyze, organize, and effectively communicate complex ideas through writing.
Responsibilities
Support IS applications:
Maintain the quality of the production, define process and apply them.
Lead the team on its deliveries and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve quality deliverables.
Develop training materials / solutions to support business usage of Valeo Core IS applications.
Creates, edits, and/or maintains internal training documentation / support. Should be competent to work on most phases of documentation and levels of editing.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Diploma/degree in Instructional Designing would be an added advantage.
Experience
Experience:
Experience in eLearning Industry (5 to 7 years)
Experience in Instructional Design (4 to 6 years)
Experience in Training Content Development (> 5 years) (added advantage)
Skills:
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills and technical aptitude preferred.
Experience/knowledge on PLM, CAD or any automobile applications would be an added advantage.
Recent background and experience in training and developing computer-based training (CBT) courses and/or training for a new system implementation preferred.
Ability to produce concise and innovative materials to seamlessly support learning transfer (such as interactive job aids, logic branching, course bundling or integrate key learning indicators).
Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office Outlook).
