Mission

 The Software Test Engineer ensures the elicitation of the test bench requirements, the test coverage of
the Software requirements and quality of test cases along with the Software Test Plan.
 He/she specifies the Software test.
 He/she reports to the Software Test Lead.

Responsibilities

 Ensures the executability of the Software test along with the project plan.
 Supports the definition of the Software Test plan
 Supports the distribution of the Software Test Environment.
 Participates in analysis of Software requirement specification addressed to the Software test team
 Specifies the Software test cases.
 Aligns the software test specification with the Function Manager.
 Approves the execution of the Software Test cases.
 Prepares the Software Test Report.
 Supports the closing of the Software test activities.
 Performs and participates in peer document (e.g. test plan, test specifications) reviews.
 In case of deviations, escalates to the Software Test Lead and provides adequate information and
proposals for decision-making.

Professional Experience

 Min 2 years SW test validation experience.
 Good programming skills in C, Python, NI LabVIEW & NI TestStand.
 Knowledge of software acceptance testing and accelerated life testing.
 Previous knowledge in building Test Automation solutions.
 Ability to be able to react/respond quickly to issues and be able to think on your feet
 Mindset of continuous improvement
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
